“This Dollar Tree used to be a Family Dollar so it is a standalone. Naturally, it feels huge. The store is clean, well stocked and very spacious inside. Staff were excellent!

“I'd been a regular shopper since it was known as Maxway. Recently, I visited to the newly remodeled Roses and was very impressed. It is larger than before and offers a variety of merchandise. The customer service was great on my visit. Restrooms ought to be checked for supplies. I'm planning to return.”
“It's a cool little store to get random stuff really cheap we'll some stuff is cheap.other like 2 star items are priced high like they are 4 star items. They are super on your a** like your going to steal everything you pick up or stop to look at. The fellas working THIER are not weird or uncomfortable to. Be around they just really wanna not lose to theft at all .it's a store I recommend and cheapest cigs in the whole city of Danville period it's a random location but it works for them I guess .hope you stop my n check it out in blue park Danville VA”

“??I love my local DG STORE!!It always has any/everything I need and then some!!? Their prices are always right!! It's always clean and very seldom are the isles cluttered or in disarray!! The staff both on the floor and at check-out are always friendly and helpful!! It is my HOPE that DG is GOOD to their staff because I know dealing with the public is NOT always easy, especially NOT this day and time!! There's this DELIGHTFUL young man named MICHAEL who makes my entire day every time I check-out with him!! He's SO friendly, funny, respectful and professional!! “Typical Dollar General. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out cough loudly and someone will come help.”
“I have been shopping at Dollar General for quite some time. The store on Piney Forest Rd had really gone down hill. There is a new Manager there now and she has really fixed the store up. She has great displays and there are no containers full of boxes. She is very friendly and always eager to help. I really enjoy shopping there now. You should be very proud of her and the store.

“Things are no longer a dollar, they're now 1.25. They've also added a $5 isle. It's the place to go for cleaning products and the like if you're not picky about using no-name supplies. Also, the store can become a real mess on the weekends. In today's economy, we need more stores with a lower price point like this one!”

“I swear this place has saved my life on a routine basis. I started going there back in the early 2000's. They had EVERYTHING. Mostly canned goods for me. But the lucky finds like As-Seen-On-Tv items make your day and thats a big bonus. The place is usually clean. On 3rd St. & also on Sandford Blvd were my go to spots. I'd hop on my folding bike with my back pack strapped tight. Smoking some(shhh), and bopping to Hector Lavoe, or Musiq Soulchild. Now that I'm in VA it's no different. Same good deals. They even sell my favorite VooDoo Ranger Juice Force IPA beer!!!!!! Hope they stay in biz forever. THE COMMUNITY WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT YOU!!!!!”

“They usually have things in stock when other dollar generals don't. It's far enough out of the way that they can keep things I stock longer. That said they also have problems sometimes holding a good wifi signal so they have had problems when it came to my coupons and app and phone number entry.... But they were ready and patient and handled the problems every time..... Great store, great people!”
“Anytime I've ever gone in this store, the employees have been nothing but sweet and helpful. I've never had a problem with aisles being too closed in nor had to deal with clutter of product. I went in tonight and the store looked great with the new layout. I got there eight minutes before they closed with an exchange of air freshener that was defective. The store manager never once made me feel rushed and even helped me look for what I needed. The store manager has always been the kindest man, even when you can tell he is so exhausted from working so much. His hard work has paid off, because the store is a pleasure to shop in.”

“As this store being my local spot to do my shopping for food im always welcomed and its a very short drive for me so I like it. The employees are chill. I had a funny moment where the self check out machine sapped a 20 from me and they gladly helped me out. We had a good moment even if it took abit and I got my change back as well as a good laugh.
