“This is the best store I have been too in winston salem . I literally bought a DKNY long line winter coat that was $450 for $20 SHOCKING ? ? ? The staff was super friendlyThey had so much products I couldn't even go through everything. I will have to go back when ever I am in town.I bought some knee high boats for $14.My only suggestion is for them to have more high end clothing and shoes for children that are elementary school age.This store is better than Marshall's , Burlington and tj maxxThe store was well organized nothing was on the floor and it was not messy like other liquidation stores.There vestibule section was nice with seating and clean carpet.”

“This store is new to meThis is the first time I went in this shop and it is super clean and organized . It has everything such as snacks, cosmetics, home goods, even a skin care isle . Most of the products are products that I remembered from london. There are not that many low end made inching brands here like other convenient stores.The customer service was ok.The check out was basically self check out and you did not have to pay for shopping bags.”

“Typical Dollar General. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help.”

“After several (and I mean, several) grocery store visits throughout this tiny, little town called Winston-Salem, I finally located a business that actually sold what I've been craving for: King crab legs!!!! I also visited their Membership Services station to (finally) redeem my $20 eGiftcard and free Maker's Mark pie promised to me after purchasing my Sam's Club membership via Groupon. The prices may be... competitive, however, it IS a surplus megastore selling several items in bulk unlike your regular grocery store. I've always been a fan of Sam's Club for their low prices in gas/fuel as well as the pleasant interactions that I ALWAYS have with their employees working hard to offer up kind and consistent customer service.”

“Went about 3:30 pm today, and there was a sign saying that it was closing at 2pm until tomorrow morning. I'm just so disappointed after driving almost 25 minutes from East Bend. I don't know what is going on, but it's poor management when this occurs. I guess I will not be coming back to this Dollar Tree in the future and from what others were saying as we stood in front of the door, I'm not the only person not coming back when where's lots of other stores like Dollar General to spend our money at. “Beyond 5/5 experience for me! I stopped by for an upright dustpan, which they didn’t have any for sale inside the store, but one of the workers (she seemed like she might be a manager) let me go ahead and use one of those dustpans for free, which I even insisted on paying for it, she just told me that I could go ahead and have it free of charge, and that’s given it was literally the only thing that I stopped by for!”
“This Dollar General used to be like so many of them, disorganized, poorly stocked, dirty, staff that didn't care. It's almost expected in these stores. In April this year Sherry came to our local store and wow, what a turn around. Everything changed. Everybody here actually takes pride in their job. This store is clean, well stocked, and the staff seems happy to be there. When have you ever had a staff member come up and volunteer to help you find what you want? Great job to whoever hired Sherry! Best Dollar General I've ever been in!”
