“My sister and I went looking for a new vehicle. We stopped at Matthews (the extra lot by the News Argus with the older cars) and although we did not choose to buy a vehicle there, I wanted to post a review. I cannot remember the lady's name who helped us- I do remember she was the lady in charge at that lot. She was incredible. After a terrible experience at another lot where the guy was so pushy and inconsiderate, she was a breath of fresh air. She was not overly pushy, she was honest, up front and so easy to deal with. I would DEFINITELY go back to buy a car specifically because of HER. She deserves a raise. Sorry I can't remember your name sweet lady, but if you helped two women and a teenager this past weekend, I am talking about you. Thank you again for being so sweet. We really appreciated it.”

“I came to look at one car and got a better deal on another one. Only complaint I have is that they gave me the car as is, no vacuuming, the inside wasn’t wiped down at all. I understand it was raining that day but they could have at least tried to clean out the inside a little.”

“I waited almost 3 years to write this review. I bought a Toyota Solara and a GMC truck from Vann. These have been these best 2 used vehicles my husband and I have ever purchased. It's been 3 years now, and our vehicles still run like tops! We have had to do nothing more than normal maintenance that you would expect to do on older vehicles.
