“Great store. Cashier was helpful and pleasant as well. This store has a little but of everything. Christmas decorations and gift items were numerous. Balloons if you need them. All kinds of cards and party needs too.”
“This is a pretty good store. It's in a high trafficked area of Mt. Airy, North Carolina. This is a pretty 'new' store as it switched over from Burkes Outlet. It was a little bit disorganized in some sections, and the clothes section is BARELY big enough to fit a cart down. When that is over half the store, it gets really crowded. Overall, they have plenty of space to make things wider and clean up a little bit. Do that and this store is great.”
“The staff at this Big Lots are very nice. The store was clean and easy to shop despite it being just a couple weeks before Christmas. The selections were good and the parking lot is large and easy to park. If you sign up for the rewards program you get an instant coupon that you can use at the register!”
“Very clean and neat store for the most part. There are some products that need to be pushed forward and organized so you know how much a product is. This is coming from the fact that I have worked in retail a lot. Friendly staff, and prices are as expected! Excellent little general store to buy cheap stuff at!”

“This store has a lot of merchandise.Friendly staff even though you know they are working feverishly to complete store tasks. I feel bad for them, a busy store seems the associates don't have time unless it ringing customers out. No fault of theirs though it s clear this is a corporate drowning them with more merch than fits. Less is better folks its too much to shop from.”
“I went into Dollar Tree today and Misty was working. I've never encountered such a friendly person there. She greeted everyone that came in, and spoke to the customers with courtesy and respect. If she stays there then I'll continue to go back.”
“As a dollar General employee, I only have one complaint. The coustomers are rude and disgusting. I dont know how many times i have to go and unclog the public bathroom because coustomers clogg it with toilet paper or products! Or go and clean up messes that coustomers make. Sometimes I literally have to be a emotional and physical punching bag for coustomers to use when our card systems don't work properly or when we don't have the correct thing they need. Oh and don't think we don't look at cameras when coustomers steal our products because we do. Oh and when we catch them and confront them they get mad at us for doing our job. What makes me angry the most is when we have to close eirly and some coustomers dont have enough common sense to read the sign on the door that says clearly on the door we are closed. Oh and the reason we close so eirly sometimes is because NO BODY WANTS TO FREAKING WORK! Coustomers really don't understand the absolute struggle we go through when we close. We cant stay open at nights if no one wants to come in and close. The thing is it isn't in our control if workers don't wanna work. Don't think corporate has no idea when we close. They do they are the first people we contact when we have to close. Other than that good service I love working there love some of the people. Its just I cant stand the complaints and constant questioning I get. Plus the constant abuse I get from the coustomers. Like really if you dont like it its simple dont come in.”
“Found everything I needed today. Employee where very friendly and ask if I found everything I was looking for. This store on Mountainview seems to have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked. They are hire at this time so I feel it will get better.”

“Good place,cheap prices, only if you watch prices, alot of times prices don't match what they say on shelves, understand if it happen in one store, but found this happens in alot of their stores,shame on them for using these deceptive selling practices !!!”
