My car's bumper was hanging on for dear life, and I was dreading an expensive repair. Then Cotton came along. He didn't just help he turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience.
He took the time to carefully tape everything up, making sure it was secure. But what really made it was his personality he was so nice and genuinely funny, cracking jokes and keeping my spirits up the whole time. It felt like a friend had shown up to help, not just some random guy.”

“The folks at Advanced Auto Parts tested my battery for me. I had an auto repair place down the street replace the starter coil in my truck and that invoice stated the battery was bad. It wasn't. We tested the battery prior to start and while running and it was in healthy condition. This is consistent with the experience I've had over the years. They'll also match or partially match the prices at the big-box store down the street. The place seems well-managed overall.”

“I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
I would recommend Pinehurst Toyota. Very good customer relations, also they have great waiting room!”
