Absolutely no interest in customer service: cannot get anyone to answer a phone call to the Aviemore branch; voicemails are never returned; it takes forever to deposit money through the drive-thru lanes; clerks have difficulty with conventional English ... I am in the process of moving my account(s).

BB&T shares client's personal bank information.BB&T denies USDA loans to profit from higher priced loans.Mortgage officer emailed me someone else's bank statements and other personal information. Reviewed our income for USDA loan and denied us because they calculated our income from previous job and current job. They refused to look at the documents I sent and reviewed again so they could deny USDA loan while the whole time pushing a more expensive loan (because they get paid more?) Upon second review by her boss, he emailed me someones appraisal information.We are approved for USDA loan by several other mortgage companies. USDA approved our loan.

I have never seen a staff that moves so slowly. I just sat at the tube for 11 minutes listening to the teller trying to figure out if she had an extra dollar from the gentleman next to me! The first couple of long waits i figured it was just a fluke, but it has been consistently slow for the past year or so. I work in the village of Pinehurst so unfortunately the Aviemore Drive is closest to me. Throughout my working life, I have been employed by banks in both North Carolina and Florida, so i do know what's involved in running a window. Something definitely needs to be done to correct the situation.
