Many thanks to Laura for helping us when another location did not have a car even though we had a reservation. She went above and beyond. Great customer service. Also thanks to James for the quick turnaround on cleaning the car. Much appreciated!

Came in needing a rental for a few days. Excellent customer service by Laura. Extended the agreement and still was greeted by excellent customer service and genuine compassion. Will absolutely rent again if the need arises. The entire staff were pleasant and went above and beyond to help! Thank you!!

I had a great experience renting an SUV from Budget over the Christmas holiday season. Elsi and Pat were helpful and answered any questions I had. I was able to extend my rental for an extra day online. This was an easy and convenient option for a car rental. I’ll be renting from Budget again.
