Worst experience ever. No cars available and agents were rude and unhelpful. Don't go there. They don't care if they don't have a car to fill your reservation they leave you stranded and don't care to help you fix it. Don't use them. The headache is not worth it.

Horrible ATTITUDE! Unlearned, untoward... Wanted to blame me for booking after 5 pm which is the next day... You're polocies are your policies. BUT IF YOU'RE SOLD OUT YOU'RE SOLD OUT. Just becsaue you're dressed business casual don't mean you fit the position. ?????

I was stranded in Charlotte because another rental car company wouldn’t take my debit card. ? I came here hoping they could help me get to Myrtle Beach today. Not only did Tatie help me out, she found me a better deal! She was so patient and professional. I look forward to doing more business with them!

Please don’t book the car from this location. I booked car rental 3 weeks ago but when I went for picking the car they said car is not available. They didn’t call me or update anything. I would give zero rating. I wasted my time and money.

Beware!!!! Regardless if you prepay or not and no matter how far in advance you book a vehicle with this location, they will wait until the day you show up at the counter to pick up the vehicle to tell you they have no cars unavailable. This has happened to me, ruining my out of town plans. I have seen it happen to other people while I was picking up a car. They could atleast call ahead to let someone know. Very unprofessional.

By far the best Budget location in Charlotte. Very courteous staff. All of them. Very efficient and knowledgeable. The manager definitely shows his appreciation for your business that you bring. I have nothing but great things to say about the Carolina place mall Budget location.

This place is a joke. Had a confirmed prepaid reservation for a minivan to move my son into his dorm, arrived at 5:50pm and the location was closed, locked and lights out. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews before making the reservation here and now see this is a common complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. What is the point of a confirmed reservation if the office can just close early with no notice? Pathetic!

I hope I spell everyone’s name correctly, but they’ll know who they are. Nia, Elsie, and Tatiana were excellent! I came in with a reservation, but they did not have the card that was necessary for me so they provided me with what they had and I was pleasantly surprised! These women were Superb in the professionalism and their demeanor great job and I’ll be back!Mr Fikes
