I drive a Genesis GV80 with my German Shepherd mix in my vehicle with me most of the time and after my car detail, there was not one strand of dog hair in sight. “My car just came off of a 10 year warranty with Kia in Rock Hill. I don’t want to have to drive to Rock Hill just for an oil change. I decided to try shell and I could not be more pleased! I would sometimes sit in the dealership for an hour waiting for my oil change.. I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t know what kind of oil was used on my car all these years… Synthetic or conventional… I have every single invoice in my glove box and none of them showed. What kind of oil was put in my car before! The staff at this location talk to me through it took care of my car, didn’t make me feel like an idiot and gave me a coupon as a first time customer! Kia always gave me a free car wash and I had no idea this place did too

“Had my window tint, paint correction, and ceramic coating done here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joe (I believe the owner) went above and beyond from the very start. Because I’m a truck driver and rarely available during normal hours, he came out after work hours just to look at my truck and give me a proper, accurate quote. That alone says a lot.
Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly and never rushed anything. He also worked with my schedule and allowed me to leave my truck with them for the week while I was on the road, which made everything stress-free.
When I picked it up, he went over care instructions and what to expect moving forward, which I really appreciated. The work itself came out great and the whole experience felt professional and personal at the same time.

“The way Jack scrubbed deep into my exhaust pipe felt AMAZINGGG!!! He cleared my insides better than anyone before. The hot wet soap made me and my car moist and it washed everything off perfectly. I'd recommend coming to this location if need your insides cleans because of the free vacuum. The men look great there also! That Noah kid is chopped tho.”

It was busy but I didn't mind waiting. I was able to soap my car up, rinse it off then pull forward and hand dry it. Total cost - $5.00. Perfect price for the quick wash!”
