“My car just came off of a 10 year warranty with Kia in Rock Hill. I don’t want to have to drive to Rock Hill just for an oil change. I decided to try shell and I could not be more pleased! I would sometimes sit in the dealership for an hour waiting for my oil change.. I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t know what kind of oil was used on my car all these years… Synthetic or conventional… I have every single invoice in my glove box and none of them showed. What kind of oil was put in my car before! The staff at this location talk to me through it took care of my car, didn’t make me feel like an idiot and gave me a coupon as a first time customer! Kia always gave me a free car wash and I had no idea this place did too

“I have had a membership for a while. I used to go to Auto Bell, but it was expensive and they were not able to vacuum like I wanted it vacuumed anyway, so I would end up going back to Sams to do it myself . The membership uses your license plate and I was just in a wreck where they totaled my car . Austin helped me with an issue and he solved it within minutes and was very pleasant to work with.”

Some people are gonna hate because its not new and fancy but miss me with that. It does a great job on my car. Plus, there's never trash laying around. its always clean and in good order.
Here is a tip for those going for the 1st time - Read the walls in the bay once you pull in. The credit card info is listed and the order u should follow to get the best wash is listed. You dont need to choose each wash option, but the last time i went i chose most options and it only came out to $11. Its the best deal around.”
