The store provides a whole lot better experience at certain locations, where the management is awesome. The staff are always available, helpful, friendly, kind, and an asset to the store. They take care of customers without any problems, make exchanges very easy with no questions asked, and help solve any problem that arises. Customers report always finding what they are looking for in a short amount of time. While the tools may not always be as reliable as the big brands, the prices are excellent for tools used infrequently. The people and the service are a major reason customers keep coming back. Signing up for email subscriptions provides great coupons and sale notifications, though some note the frequency of emails can be high.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They knew precisely what I needed. They took the initiative to explain how to bring back a broken tools without having a receipt.

A whole lot better experience at the Pineville location, the management was awesome and they took care of me without any problems. I'll drive to this location over having to go back to the Monroe location.
