“Their Icon brand for ratchets and torque wrenches are absolutely top quality I compare to Snap-On. I just purchased a pair of their six ton jack stands which I totally compare to Snap-On quality as well. I love their disposable nitrile, latex colored gloves.”

“Let me 1st say that I'm a DIY warrior. My house AC went out and I decided to try to fix it on my own before calling a technician. I decided to start with changing out the capacitor. I went in to the store and Brooke held my hand and made sure that I got everything that I needed. She was extra patient and helpful. Truly a blessing! My AC is working and my family is comfortable again. Thank you Ferguson and thank you to Brooke for her gre a t customer service.”

“These folks do a great job. I have purchased consumer grade equipment through them. I also had a battery warranty handled by the service department. I was purchasing Stihl equipment. I would recommend buying directly from the store, not through the Stihl website. Stihl launched their online purchase functions earlier this year. It still has bugs. To be clear, this business sells a variety of equipment including Stihl. Stihl is a separate entity.”
