It is a great place to find low cost but good quality options for tools, with reasonable and more than fair prices. The store provides a whole lot better experience at certain locations, where the management is awesome. The staff are always available, helpful, friendly, kind, and an asset to the store. They take care of customers without any problems, make exchanges very easy with no questions asked, and help solve any problem that arises. Customers report always finding what they are looking for in a short amount of time. While the tools may not always be as reliable as the big brands, the prices are excellent for tools used infrequently. The people and the service are a major reason customers keep coming back. Signing up for email subscriptions provides great coupons and sale notifications, though some note the frequency of emails can be high.
Their Icon brand for ratchets and torque wrenches are absolutely top quality I compare to Snap-On. I just purchased a pair of their six ton jack stands which I totally compare to Snap-On quality as well. I love their disposable nitrile, latex colored gloves.
