“We’ve eaten here a few times and every time we choose a new item on their menu to try. Everything is fresh, juicy and delicious! Huge portions and well worth the experience. This last visit we sat at the bar and our server Melinda was awesome! She recommended so great dishes for us to try and helped create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The butchers behind the glass were all super friendly and all the product in the windows looked phenomenal! Can’t wait to go back and try even more food!”
“If you are looking for fresh cuts of beef, pork, and lamb chops, take a drive towards Tega Cay to shop at the Gourmet South Meat Market. The market also sells wagyu beef and fresh seafood delivered every 6 days. This is the only local market that I have found that sells 100% grass fed & 100% grass finished beef. Next time you decide to grill, make a stop at this market to buy fresh cuts of meat that will leave you wanting more.”

“Food was good! Appeared that there was only one waitress, serving all the patrons, while a group of three waitresses were just standing around the hostess stand, the venture time. Had to wait awhile, before the waitress was able to check on my table. Seems like poor planning; and absolutely not the waitress' fault.”
“Fantastic assortment of high quality meats and seafood for your cooking pleasure. My favorite butcher shop ever. Try the firecracker chicken sausages on a Martin hoagie roll.”
“For what it is it’s great. A lot of halal products here. Not the cheapest but at least it’s a place where halal items are available. It’s also not the cleanest, friendliest, or cheapest. Parking lot can be tight and difficult to access due to construction and traffic volume also. Go early.”
“This is one of my favorite Latino
supermarkets in town.
It's located in one of the most
diverse areas in Charlotte and easy to get to. The ambiance is great and just like being in Latin
America. There are plenty of
traditional products, and common areas are clean and there is plenty of free parking.
Staff is super friendly and
bilingual.
100% recommended.”
“Had a few fift cards...and had gotten them jumbled up...they were able to check the balance pretty quick...another lady..was trying to help me...and a younger pretty lady I will have to say realized my needs and how to communicate with me better and slid right in...made it fun and enjoyable....?”

“I can't tell you how many times we've drive by here and kept saying, "we really should stop by there and see what that place is about." One day we finally did and we were amazed and what we found. As the name suggested, there were peaches everywhere ready to go. I forget how they're sold though - by the peck? I won't pretend like I know, but they're already placed in different sized baskets throughout the store. The Peach Stand had groceries inside, a meat market in the back, a restaurant (open until 2pm, I think) on the other side, a bakery in front of the restaurant and even an area that was like a little ice cream parlor! Of course there was peach flavored ice cream! They offered their own salad dressings and they had a station of boiled peanuts and the aroma was amazing! There were rows and rows of spices for cooking and even pre-packaged bags of different things to make like shrimp and grits - shrimp was to be purchased separately, but not to worry! They offered bags of precooked frozen shrimp or freshly caught frozen shrimp and then also fresh shrimp in the previously mentioned meat market. This was like a one stop shop for all the things!”
“I've been coming here for 2 decades for 1 reason: fresh baked daily markouk. (IYKYK) Growing up in a Lebanese family and cooking all the best middle eastern foods - trust me when I say the markouk and Lebnah alone is worth the trip to this halal market (think bodega). Dingy, somewhat organized, and eclectic you can find everything from grains & meats, bulk sized tahini, junky trinkets to olives, hookah equipment and supplies, dried spices and middle eastern desserts. The market is attached to a bakery serving up all kinds of middle eastern foods - fatayer, knafe, pita, and much more! I recommend the minced meat and pine nut fatayer- so so good. It's a treasure hunt and is in a small area of Sharon Amity with a fair few other middle eastern spots to try like Al-Basha next door. If you're looking for the flavors of home (Lebanon, Syria) this is as close as charlotte can get.”

“The meat department at Triveni Supermarket Pineville is honestly one of the best around. The meat is always fresh, clean, and cut really well. I especially like how consistent the quality is every time I shop there. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they’re happy to do special cuts if you ask. Definitely my go-to place for good quality meat.”
