I had spent hours on the phone with two different agents the two days before I decided to just go to your store and speak face to face with someone. I was thoroughly confused when I went in the store. This was my last-ditch effort to open accounts with AT&T.
I was waiting at the front door when the store opened. I immediately met a young man named Javier. (Sorry, I don’t know his last name.)
