Very helpful... They're the only auto shop that has basic parts for my mini cooper.... hatchback windshield wiper, for example...Basic part, but I always have to order silly parts otherwise.

Any upper-level management for this store, please read:I had a super busy day yesterday and at the last minute I remembered I needed to get a new battery for my key fob (I have a push-to-start Nissan). I raced over to the Napa Auto store with 10 minutes until close - which is something I HATE doing as I don’t want the workers to have to leave late.The man and woman (I’m so upset I didn’t get their names) working there helped me open up my key fob and put the new battery in and sent me on my way, except when I went back to my car to test it out, my car wouldn’t even recognize my key fob anymore and I started panicking. This was about 20 minutes of me going back in the store, they would open the key fob for me and rearrange it, test out the old battery, etc, and then going back out to my car to test it - probably 4 times I did this. Each time I told them don’t worry about it and to go ahead and close up/go home because I felt so horrible.I now know my key fob was broken as it’s super old and was already glitching a lot for weeks leading up to this. Eventually the 2 employees recommended I look up online to see if I could start my car even without the fob working. I sat there and watched a YouTube video in the parking lot and they stayed with me the whole time!! And thank god for their advice - turns out there’s a Nissan hack to start the car in a different way even despite the fob being broken. I am so thankful for those two workers being SO selfless and patient with me! They stayed with me a good 30 mins after closing despite me telling them so many times not to worry and to head home. I’m sure they could hear the panic in my voice though lol, as I would’ve had to call a tow truck and wait in my hot car while my phone was on 3% battery. Also, I’m a female in my 20s and being broke down by myself along a busy road would’ve made me 10x more anxious.I would just love if management would see this review and give a HUGE thank you again from me (and from my mom as well who heard everything while I had her on speaker phone, she was 5 states away and panicking with me lol) to the man & woman working who helped and stayed with me. This was on Monday evening, August 21st at closing time, 931 N Polk St. location. They deserve a big shoutout and whatever else!!! Set up my Google account on my phone just so I could come leave this review. Absolutely phenomenal employees and people ?

I've never been to napa auto parts. I walked into the store I receive no greeting no what can I help you with.. The employee saw me and continued to walk away ... His attitude towards me was sarcastic and un called for .. I'll never come to this location again.

Prices were good. I wish the employees would wear masks or at least wash their hands after they sneeze all over themselves. I will probably shop online in the future. It's not worth covid.
