“I came out of my office on my lunch break to find my tire was significantly low on air. After filling it up at a local gas station, only to find it deplete more than 50% in just a few minutes, I took it to Mavis for a tire replacement. I was originally going to Uber back to the office for a meeting I had at 1:30, but Austin and the guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was back WELL before my meeting. Never had such speedy and friendly service.”

“Never took my car to a mechanic myself so I took it here for a loud noise coming from the back of my car. They narrowed it down to the control arms and replaced them and the issue went away! Very friendly/clean place. Good pricing and gave me options on parts to order so I can save some money! Really good place to bring your car”

“I had a really great experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable. I have been having alot of issues with my car and the mechanics here actually listened to my concerns for repair. I didn't feel rushed and they explained my repairs to easily understand. The staff took their time with me at the front and on the phone. They are very organized and clean and they have the coolest, retro museum style waiting area, i would go for that alone. They staff gave me several options for repair and the prices are also very reasonable. I trust the staff and mechanics and i would highly recommend this shop especially if you live in the area. They also have a very nicely stocked refreshment area. I would definitely go back for future services”

“Pleasant interaction with the workers at this location. In and out in about 10 minutes. Oil now a days is EXPENSIVE!!! $91.00 just for a basic oil change. You are definitely paying for the convenience of a speedy oil change. They decorated for Halloween, which I thought was awesome and fun, looking at all the decor while waiting for the oil change. They do offer coupons, though, to give you a little discount. Overall, no complaints. If I ever run into the situation where I need speedy service, I will definitely come back.”

Always takes them 20 mins or less to do my oil change and is the cheapest in town (they also include other services for free). I went to pep boys once and they took 2 hours and charged me $115 for JUST an oil change.”

The customer is immediately acknowledged upon arrival with and the team is very respectful and communicates my service options very clearly without being sales pushy. They perform the service efficiently with sense of quality and in full respect for my time. The team communicates well between them. Forgive the pun, but they are a well oiled machine.”

He represented well, I must say. As for Nicholas, he was a pleasure to deal with as well. Nick was a very honest and pleasant person and I highly respect both parties. I will continue to go there for my vehicle assistance!!”
“I live about 2 hours away from Rock Hill. On my way in (I am buttoning in Rock Hill), I had a tire blow out. I was riding on a spare, and I didn’t want to make the 2 hour drive home on a spare.
I finished my stretch of days and after a quick nap, I needed to deal with my tire problem. I headed over to the Walmart Autocenter hoping that they would have my tire in stock.
The staff were busy and they didn’t have any appointments open until 5pm, but they were able to fit me in. I was in luck as they had my odd sized tires in stock, so I was able to get a new set (this vehicle had its original tires on it…the same ones that it came with from the assembly line in 2000)!
So, on 9/28/25 I arrived at 12:40pm and departed at 1:29pm! Many, many, many thanks to the staff on duty: Thaizeah B., Zyquaveous H., and Sebastian R.!”
