“I want to give a shout-out specifically to the B&N cafe crew. There were a total 3 workers this evening. All were so professional, patient and kind. What stood out the most for me was the young woman training a new employee. While things took a while, I actually appreciate that the new worker wasn't being rushed training. They made all drinks and food items in correct order, the right way. The trainer communicated properly and smoothly and repeated things when the new employee was unsure. I ordered a hot chai latte and a chocolate chunk brownie. It is a welcoming environment, I wish more places and people were like this.”

“10/10 experience at Cozy Kids!!! Helen and Paul were so sweet and helpful! They made sure I had my rocking chair/glider all set up and ready to go for baby’s arrival. The delivery was so quick and easy and this chair is actually the comfiest chair I’ve ever sat in (literally have not gotten up from it since they left my house). When we went to pick it out, they answered all of our questions and even did a little presentation of all the strollers and car seats! Definitely recommend!!!”
