The booking and pick-up process were simple. However, the drop-off took much longer due to one employee working this particular Saturday; great thing he had an amazing attitude through it all. I just would have rather been able to pay at check-out than going through the online process.

I'd come back to this U-haul location just for the customer service I received from one of the employees with long (dreads, maybe?) he was moving trucks, taking care of customers doing it all. Not to mention he had me and my daughter laughing every time we saw him!
