“Friendship Animal Hospital came to our rescue.
My dog and I are staying with friends in Pineville as our home in Asheville has no water or power. Pearl was overdue for her monthly Librela shot as our Vet was in a similar predicament.
My friends recommended Friendship, I called Thursday morning but had doubts about being able to get Pearl an appointment soon. I noticed that Pearl starts to labor more as the shot’s due date approaches.
Anna Marie answered my call, she was very understanding and wonderful, working us in later that morning. The Vet Tech who assessed Pearl was equally wonderful and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. Doctor Premo graciously gave Pearl an exam and the Librela shot. Everyone from start to end of our visit was caring and empathic of our situation.
Pearl improved later that afternoon and one of my friends made note of her improvement.

Shortly after I moved to Charlotte, my cat Palmer started showing signs of a UTI and I went into full panic mode as it was a Friday before a holiday weekend, I didn't expect to get in anywhere and I hadn't established a new vet yet, but we were able to come in same day! Ever since then, my two cats Palmer and Pluto have seen Dr. Fisher who is so wonderful. I am always so anxious bringing them to the vet, but she always explains everything so thoroughly, answers all of my questions, is so kind and honest, and I never feel like I'm being rushed in any way. I'm happy to know my cats are in such great care with the whole team here. Couldn't say enough kind words!”

“It’s been almost a year now but i could not forget my experience here. I took my dog Cody here for the last few years and when it was time to put him down Baxter Vet offered me the best pricing for euthanasia within a reasonable time so he didnt have to wait. They gave me all the time i needed with him, without feeling rushed and they fulfilled about all my wishes. We both felt so comfortable and at peace only because of the wonderful lady’s there. A few months after he passed, they even sent me a letter that looked like the whole staff had signed. I will bring the rest of my animals here because of this experience thank you so much baxter vet”

I trued out a veterinarian office nearer to me and instantly knew I'd made a mistake. I was just at Archdale yesterday with my dog's. The drive is worth it!”
“Our boxer had a growth on her eye, and our regular vet couldn’t see us soon enough. Fort Mill Animal Hospital was able to get us in quickly for both the consultation and the surgery. We were incredibly impressed with the doctor. Not only was the surgery a success, but the results were amazing—it honestly looked like doggy plastic surgery. You can barely see the stitches. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and we’re actually glad our regular vet was booked because we had such a wonderful experience here. Will most likely transfer all 3 dogs to FM Animal Hospital!!”
“I switched to Cotswold Animal Hospital for my 2 dogs this year and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The vets and all staff have been so kind and friendly-they really care about my dogs having a comfortable and positive experience. It has been easy to get appointments for problem focused and well care visits, and we have gotten in and out without long wait times. The office runs very efficiently and I love being able to request appointments online with a timely response. I appreciate that the vets don’t immediately jump to doing a bunch of tests and procedures immediately when one of the dogs has a problem-one of my dogs recently had an issue and Dr.May recommended watchful waiting. This saved my girl a painful procedure and me money because the problem resolved without any need for treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

I continue to love this Vet practice and their approach to the pets and parents they serve. The sweet front desk staff, the vet techs/assistants, and the vets all work together to make our visits as stress free as possible. We were worked in for an urgent visit on a very busy day and we felt like we were the only ones they had to take care of. Dr White and his assistant Michelle did an amazing job taking the time my fearful dog needed to have the best possible experience. I have now met all 4 of the vets here and I can’t say enough about their kindness and care if my dogs and me. I am so grateful for my Vet Home.”

“They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.
We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.”
“The staff at Ballantyne Vet Clinic are always so kind and compassionate with my elderly dog. They always follow up to check on him after his visits. Dr. Humphreys is thorough in his exams and takes time to explain his rationale for treatment choices and answers all questions. I never feel rushed and he does not make you feel pressured into anything you aren’t comfortable with. With an older dog, I choose to keep testing and medications to a minimum and he allows me the freedom to do that. He offers me the option to do what is necessary to keep my dog comfortable without causing him undue stress. I highly recommend Dr. Humphreys and this clinic!!”

“The level of expertise and knowledge from Dr.Robbie is unmatched. Dr.Robby single handily saved my dogs life. I spent thousands at another vet and they were still nowhere close to finding what was wrong. Dr.Robbie went into solution mode, reviewed her case and had a diagnosis in two days. My dog was literally knocking on deaths door and he saved her life. He was able to diagnose her with an “extremely rare heart condition”. In three months she did a total 180 and was given a clean bill of health. My heart goes out to Doctor and his team. Thank you for doing all you do to help the ones who can’t help themselves.

“What I like about these folks at Providence South Animal Hospital mainly is how they treat me and my pet like we actually matter to them. They have gone out of their way several times to ensure my dog (who has terrible allergies) gets the meds she needs to keep those allergies in check. They were kind and non-judgmental when I missed giving Pinky her heartworm meds, they just took it in stride without lecturing me. We got her back on track and that was that. Also, when my truck wouldn’t start last winter when it was in the teens and I had to reschedule literally 5 minutes before the appointment was to start-the staff was chill about it and didn’t make me feel terrible about wasting their time and missing the appointment.
It’s things like that that give me good vibes every time I drive past their doggie mailbox.”
“We visited Pineville Animal Clinic for the first time as our regular vet was closed. Our greyhound was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen immediately and they got us right in, even though we hadn’t been there before. The doctor was very pleasant and did a thorough job of examining our dog. She found out what was wrong and gave us meds for him. They also gave us a detailed summary of what they did and what they found. Our vet doesn’t do that. The bill was very reasonable. We were very happy with them.”
