“Such a beautiful store! I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia who was painting a very lively gingerbread man on the window when I arrived (hate I didn't get a picture of it). All of the decor was beautiful - the photos don't do it justice! The shelves were neatly organized and well stocked. The store was well staffed and everyone seemed to be on task. I wish I had had more time to browse; it was such a welcoming space -I look forward to returning!”

“Great prices compared to other stores
Very knowledgeable staff, I mean very knowledgeable as I'm into fish. They can actually order in fish instead of places like pet supply plus that gets in what they are shipped and probably end throwing away a ton of beta fish as all the get in crowntails and maybe a mustard, then I by chance stopped in here one day, and looked at their selection of live plants, and fish. Loved it. Not as big as petsmart, but PetSmart has people that can't tell you much, plus prices are higher.”

“The staff here is INCREDIBLY nice. The employee working with us let us know that the shop supplies their own-made dog food and I was really interested. I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.”

“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”

“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”

“Lidl is a great place to shop and save on groceries. The store is located in a highly congested area traffic wise, but improvements have been made to help getting in and out a smooth transition. “My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. “I called ahead of time to make sure they had snakes and they checked the whole store for me and got the pricing for me very positive and friendly the whole time as soon as I got there, the woman remembered me on the phone. She was very nice and not be got her manager. Her manager came over very quickly walked me to the back where they were holding the brand new snakes that they had they let my daughter hold each snake to check out to see which one she wanted and my daughter was very pleased and happy. It was a beautiful and magic magical experience. The whole store was clean. The people were nice very inviting atmosphere and people.”
“The lady working the cash register was most helpful to my wife ,and I as we were looking for a bull nose ring in brass for a project our daughter was doing ! She showed us all they had and even gave a few suggestions as to where else we might search . Thank you so much for such customer service! It seems that customer service is a dying thing these days and it’s always good to see when someone really cares to do the best job ever ! We will definitely be back when we travel through Indian Land SC !

“I am writing this review because of all the less than favorable reviews from people who clearly don't know how a rescue works. This is a rescue, not a department store to come in and buy a parrot. That is what I am sorry to say, is what Petsmart does. People have commented about the staff not being friendly. They are not waitresses or salespeople. Many are volunteers. The main objective is to take care of the birds and help people adopt our birds. They are not selling them. Someone wrote that some of the birds don't look that great. People, these are rescue birds. Some of them have been living in really bad conditions. You wouldn't look too great either if you had been through what these birds have lived through. If you want to have a bird to just show off to people, go to a breeder and pay thousands of dollars for the "perfect bird" I wish people would just keep their mouths shut if they don't know what they are talking about. This is a fantastic rescue. The birds are well taken care and that is what is important. They have a well thought out adoption process. They want to make sure the birds are going to good homes, not a home that puts them back into a horrible environment again. Birds are complicated creatures. They aren't just something to pick up at Petsmart and throw in a cage. People need to familiarize themselves with what a rescue is intended to be, not what they think it should be before passing judgment in a post.”
