“Such a beautiful store! I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia who was painting a very lively gingerbread man on the window when I arrived (hate I didn't get a picture of it). All of the decor was beautiful - the photos don't do it justice! The shelves were neatly organized and well stocked. The store was well staffed and everyone seemed to be on task. I wish I had had more time to browse; it was such a welcoming space -I look forward to returning!”
“I’m a picky dog mom. My mini schnauzer, Sgt Pepper, goes exclusively to Pet Supplies Plus Fort Mill store for grooming. He is treated like the royalty he thinks he is by Amanda (his second ranked bff and favorite groomer ever) and the rest of the staff. The groomers here do wonders with each dog they see, and they work hard make each dog feel as comfortable as they can be. We tried several different salons before we came to PSP for grooming, and are so grateful to have found the fun, caring staff at this store. They are all so welcoming, accommodating and kind, not just to the animals, but customers as well.”

“The staff here is INCREDIBLY nice. The employee working with us let us know that the shop supplies their own-made dog food and I was really interested. I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.”

The cashiers are very helpful and polite. I am always a happy customer in this store. I always visit here first to get my items before visiting walmart nearby where I go if needed things not available in Lidl. Great store and great customer service.”

“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”

“I called ahead of time to make sure they had snakes and they checked the whole store for me and got the pricing for me very positive and friendly the whole time as soon as I got there, the woman remembered me on the phone. She was very nice and not be got her manager. Her manager came over very quickly walked me to the back where they were holding the brand new snakes that they had they let my daughter hold each snake to check out to see which one she wanted and my daughter was very pleased and happy. It was a beautiful and magic magical experience. The whole store was clean. The people were nice very inviting atmosphere and people.”
“The lady working the cash register was most helpful to my wife ,and I as we were looking for a bull nose ring in brass for a project our daughter was doing ! She showed us all they had and even gave a few suggestions as to where else we might search . Thank you so much for such customer service! It seems that customer service is a dying thing these days and it’s always good to see when someone really cares to do the best job ever ! We will definitely be back when we travel through Indian Land SC !

One thing though customer service must show pleasant attitude towards customer! I never see them smile to customer. Maybe they can work on that!”
“The employees were super helpful! I was looking for a product to help w my kittens' conjunctivitis, and she didn't just give me an aisle number; she walked me over, and actually looked up some of the products herself just to double check, making sure I was buying the right one.”
“I love my dog that I adopted here, and when I am there, the staff is helpful and friendly. But when I need to get in touch with them, there is no way to reach anyone at the facility. I have had many issues trying to access my dog’s records or find out info about his vaccines. The only way to reach them is to go all the way there, because their phone number only takes you to 311 and won’t send you to their facility. I am having a hard time giving my new veterinarian info and I don’t live very close.”
