The staff at this location is great, helpful, and friendly. Lowe’s has really improved in the last few years and is now efficient, easy, and fun to shop at. The store has great sales, an easy-to-use app for finding items and checking inventory, and improved checkout and self-checkout. Returns are incredibly simple and easy. Delivery is much better and fully automated, allowing management and tracking from your phone. Lowe’s also offers rewards, animal feed at great prices, and a 10% military discount for veterans with dedicated parking. However, some aspects can be frustrating. Lumber dollies and carts are very limited, as most are used by the store for storage. Sometimes it can be difficult to find help, and shoppers may need to dig through mismatched drawers to find items. While generally a good place with everything you need, the experience can sometimes feel like doing the work yourself without assistance.

My favorite home improvement store! They always have what I need for every project. All employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If I look like I'm unsure or lost an employee always stops and helps. In my mind this trait is what makes a business thrive. Thank you!
