Honestly this place is a toss up. For the most part you get great customer service, that’s super helpful. However Sam Cox is terrible. Super disrespectful and didn’t help at all as well as throwing my receipt instead of just handing it to me

Everyone who works there is always so nice. The line is usually not long at all maybe one or two people. Except before Christmas, then it’s longer. Very easy to do Amazon Returns there. Unlike others have said it’s a great hardware store so much fun to look around, lots of stuff for kids.
