“Everyone who works there is always so nice. The line is usually not long at all maybe one or two people. Except before Christmas, then it’s longer. Very easy to do Amazon Returns there. Unlike others have said it’s a great hardware store so much fun to look around, lots of stuff for kids.”

“Donna at Pak Mail provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She made the shipping process easy, answered all of my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend working with Donna at Pak Mail. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!”

“This is an amazing pharmacy. They communicate well about any issues with medications, are always kind and patient with my children when they ask a zillion questions, and they have even helped me with financial issues. One employee, Tessa, worked very hard to learn my name. It sounds silly, but that personal touch makes me feel important. I recommend this pharmacy 100%. I have always used Walgreens, but Walgreens is always out of stock or a long wait. Once I started at Pittsboro Pharmacy, I now only use the big stores for late evening emergency medications.”
