“I do like going to the store but they really need to do something about the situation of where they place everything. It's so crowded in there and you have to really be patient when you go shopping there. Prices are great, it's just you and everybody else trying to move around in there that becomes difficult.”

Discount Savings Superstore had exactly what I needed, and the price was so good I decided to buy the matching washer, too. My new appliances were delivered and installed within a couple of days, and the old ones were hauled away. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store.”
“It's basically Dollar Tree on steroids. I suggest giving yourself a budget to spend cause those $5 add up real quick. They have phone accessories & value priced electronics, graphic tees, a big toy section, snack aisle, toiletries and home products. This is one of those places that you'll never know what you might find. It's definitely worth it to stop in and check it out. I got my summer graphic tees from here. Kinda reminds me of Steve and Berry's.”
“Wide selection of everything from clothing, electronics, home furnishing, toys, shoes and more. They changed store management not too long ago, and you can see the change in care, cleanness, and organization in the store!”
“Crafting on a budget? This is the place to pick up supplies and some inspiration. In case you didn't know: YouTube has some great videos about crafts using dollar tree finds check some of them out then plan a trip to the dollar tree; and pick up some snacks while your there. It may break your diet but it shouldn't break your budget. Happy crafting!”
“Great looking store. Allllll the staff my daughter and i encountered was wonderful and so friendly! Also a better selection than some DT. The woman working the checkout with the great vibe and individuality was kind and friendly! There was another employee that was a female walking around stocking shelves and was even letting us know about neat things they had just put out on the shelves and discounted area. This is tied or above our usual DT. Great job ladies!”
“This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.”

“I run a business and always try an acknowledge good customer service. It's 6/25 at 8pm and the lady running the register customer service was awesome. She communicated with each customer and her attitude was great. Dollar general take care of your good workers. She awesome”
“The young lady named Nikki has the most amazingly warm personality, I’m always greeted with a good morning, I know good and well I see her in this store at least 80 hours a week as this store is literally beside my home, I know that poor women is tired but she is so faithful to our community, she shows up everyday, always greeting everyone with such a warm welcome, never makes me feel like a bother when I’ve asked for help, I witness her kindness with every single customer walking that store. She is always running around cleaning, outside cleaning, putting up products, helping every person that seems to be lost and looking for items, always smiling while doing it, I’ve witnessed her helping elderly customers download and clip coupons to save every dollar she can for them, this world needs more people like her, and I’m so glad she’s here working in the community I reside in. I went from visiting maybe twice a week, down to everyday just to hear that warm welcome of hers.”
“Went to purchase a gallon of detergent they have a colorful assortment of both perishable and other household goods. The cashier was friendly and polite. Prices were great even for name brand items.”

“I want to thank and recognize sales associate,Jacob, for going above and beyond to assist me this morning with balloons. He took extra steps to inflate balloons with very cumbersome confetti inserts and I appreciate his efforts. He even retrieved a balloon that slipped out of my hands, from the ceiling. Truly an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! He said this is not his regular store so I'm grateful he was there this morning to help me!!”

“This store is definitely one of the better ones in Randleman, Greensboro or any other surrounding area. The manager Crystal, runs a tight ship and her staff are really on top of keeping shelves stocked, prices updated, unloading trucks and getting inventory up and out of the aisles! “I recently visited this store and management has this place in excellent shape! All the aisles are perfectly organized and straight. Great environment. The whole crew is on top of their game. No riff raff lazy employees which means a lot. Compared to the other dollar general stores in the area this one is the best. Definitely hats off to management. Nicole was the manager on duty and she runs a very tight ship. Good job everyone. It’s nice to go in these retail stores when someone actually cares.”

Once again, I can enjoy shopping at this DG store. First, the parking lot is CLEAN! Second, inside DG the isles are clear (from front to back), floors are kept clean (swept/mopped), and most of all the SHELVES are STOCKED with PRODUCTS!We (valued customers) owe this remarkable improvement (in part) to the dedicated, and sometimes demanding work done by TOMEKA AUDREY and TYESHA JOHNSON, part of Heidi B's (supervisor) team that I've had the absolute pleasure to interact with on several occasions.
