“The cleaning is well done, but admin and communication needs improvement. They were not clear about their no show policy and when communicating cancellation of appointments, they were unclear regarding the policy of cancellation of ALL future appointments. It reflects poorly on a business when they cannot communicate appropriately with clients. In the future, I recommend stating with clarity that no shows lead to cancellation of current and all future appointments.”

“If you have to do your laundry, this is the best place for it. Other places I've been to are jerks about you being in their space. Here, it's easy to get what you need done and they don't make you feel like a 3rd rate person because you don't have a washer and dryer.”

The turn around time is great to go along with the very reasonable prices and the husband & wife are nice people.”

“I was very surprised to find a laundromat that washes and dries for free. It’s a small space but just enough room to get done what you need to get done. Also, the twin sisters keep it very clean in there.”
“This is a very clean and economic laundromat. I enjoy coming here; however, the bathroom is ALWAYS locked, so you have to use the one at the Food Lion next door. Also, there have never been any staff working when I've been there. I'd still recommend this place, IF you don't need to use the bathroom or need any help!”
“So I was greeted in the parking lot by an employee who saw how much laundry I had in my car and went inside to grab me a cart. Very helpful! She explained the types of machines available, which was incredibly helpful. They have a change machine if you need quarters and there's plenty of seating. Great set up and clean!”

“Over the years I've used this facility about about a dozen times. It's always been very clean. I've had no issues. If I had to use a laundry mat on a regular basis this would be my go to.”
“The dryers go for 8 mins (I hope they don't drop the time anymore) which is great other places it's 5 mins which means more money. Even though it's quarters it still means alot. The store is clean I can get something to eat and relax while my clothes get done. It gets rowdy at times but the staff is professional and they handle whatever situation pops up well.”

“On the first and second shift, there is assistance, but the third shift expect to have no assistance operating the machines. The laundromat to have used dryer sheets on the floor, emptied clothes detergent containers, and beverages containers left to ve thrown away.”
