“I dont usually do reviews on federal business but the level of service the gentleman gave when i was doing an amazon return was so far beyond the norm. I cant rwmeber his name but he had braids and made the experience totally. He printed a paper for me after showing me how to share it by email. He made sure my package was right and added so tape as well . I hope they recognize hi..at the Randleman location becaise he surely deserves it.”

Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks”

“This place is so so so busy all the time. I come to use the automatic machine to scan my prepaid already done labels and just got a receipt, which they have only 1 self use machine. It is even busy with people that don't want to wait in the line. I've never understood the counter sales has places for 6 employees, 9 out of 10 times I go here I only see 1 employee working. All good but this location seems like it could use some help. Very good location at West Market and Guilford College, but so busy always.”

“I love this post office. The employees are quick and efficient. They also maintain their cool when dealing with very rude and abusive customers. I was in there the other day when a gentleman was cussing at the sweet clerk at the front counter. He did not even live in the town in which the office serviced the mail delivery for and was irate that his delivering office (the next town over) had misdelivered a parcel to him.The employee was trying to explain that he would have to notify his delivering office of the mistake in order to rectify it.He proceeded to curse her out and throw a parcel at her across the counter.She handled it well and told him to leave without ever losing her cool.”
