“I don't use UPS a lot. But when I do it is very painless and very efficient from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I for the most part have never been inside a location longer than 5 minutes. Unless there is a customer causing the delay, never due to an employee.”
“This is a great place. When in the Federal Government's wisdom they closed a very popular Post Office, these folks stepped right in and make a place 10X better than any U.S. Post Office. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Jordan does a great job running the place. I can't say enough good things about this happy place.”

I was shipping a cell phone and he was worried about the packaging so he showed me the option in store. I love that he took the time to offer me a suggestion. Ultimately I did not need it after he saw how I had wrapped everything. He was friendly about the whole thing. This is an employee to keep!!!”

“Have to drop trailer and wait for unloaded of it. Have to leave UPS while their unloading of it. Then said come back 8 hours to pick up. As I've seen on previous reviews they will leave pallets and shrink wrap on the floor for you to clean. I'll see.”

“I love this post office. The employees are quick and efficient. They also maintain their cool when dealing with very rude and abusive customers. I was in there the other day when a gentleman was cussing at the sweet clerk at the front counter. He did not even live in the town in which the office serviced the mail delivery for and was irate that his delivering office (the next town over) had misdelivered a parcel to him.The employee was trying to explain that he would have to notify his delivering office of the mistake in order to rectify it.He proceeded to curse her out and throw a parcel at her across the counter.She handled it well and told him to leave without ever losing her cool.”
