“This hardware store is great. They try their best to help you and give you knowledge of items they are selling you. Always ask if there is anything else they can do for you. Don't just look around for something ask them. They have a huge wearhouse out back. I just wish they had prices on the items or shelf. The prices are reasonable but it's also nice to see it.”

“My wife and I use Baker Allen as often as we can vs going to the big brand stores. We feel it's better to support local stores in the community. Each visit we're greeted with friendly attitudes and the owner's and employees are ready to assist if you can't find what you need. I don't think they have a loaner program but they have offered to let me use tools I needed that were not in the store. Awesome customer service attitudes every visit. In times like today a smile goes a very long way. Thanks to all!!!”
