Her name is Ruth and after several calls in response to several texts I received, she was the first to finally help me get my account updated.. I live out of state and have had a unit at Hwy 401 for approximately 10 years. The on-site staff were the best and most helpful and accommodating ladies you could ever want to work with. I’m told now the facility operates without anyone on site. That’s highly disappointing.”
