“Returned a U Haul Truck here. The store I’d picked the truck up from had screwed up my contract. When I went to drop the truck off the staff here helped me not get overcharged due to the previous stores mistake.”

“This review is specific to the customer service rep who helped me navigate the updates to the storage agreement and insurance requirements. Her name is Ruth and after several calls in response to several texts I received, she was the first to finally help me get my account updated.. I live out of state and have had a unit at Hwy 401 for approximately 10 years. The on-site staff were the best and most helpful and accommodating ladies you could ever want to work with. I’m told now the facility operates without anyone on site. That’s highly disappointing.”

“I’ve been storing with these folks since 2019 and couldn’t be happier. The facilities and storage units are very clean, well-kept, and most importantly the staff is very friendly and professional. If you’re living in the Home County area, this is the place to store.”
