I am currently deployed and guy that delivers my mail is on a power trip. He wants my autistic son and his nanny to replace the post and mailbox or he won't deliver my mail. The fact the post was fix and the box is not even 3 years old is stupid. They had been delivering mail to this mailbox that had a small lean since I bought the house in 2008. Let's talk about how my mail and packages is delivered to my neighbors or not at all. I have had done several change of address to my home address to fix this problem and he still cant get it right. Or we can talk about how a few years ago one of their mail personnel signed for legal paperwork while I was not in the state causing me to be legally served and I was unaware. I can continue with other issues but I'm sure you get my point.

My sons clothes were suppose to be here Monday Jan 27th. They marked it as delivered @4:56pm front porch which is a lie because we checked our ring camera and cameras around the house. We asked all the neighbors to check their cameras and there was no delivery at all. Who steals packages let alone from a child. This postal office/ delivery driver has been marking everyone’s packages as delivered but has been really stealing them. They really need to find this delivery driver and fire them. I also will be making a police report as well. This has been by far the worst postal office in Raeford. This is not the first time this has happened in our neighborhood. Numerous folks have been complaining about not receiving their packages not just in my community but Raeford location all over.

Mail carrier stuffed this package into a small cluster box. No need to contact Raeford post office.after speaking to her supervisor and having complained about this same driver several times to the post master, what do you expect?

Have video of mail carrier leaving orange slip on door for certified mail, didn’t ring door bell, running and then returning 3 mins later to put mail in my box. I will be contacting management/Raleigh

Every single package I am supposed to get from Amazon that is to be delivered by the Raeford Post Office never arrives. Always on hold, undeliverable. It’s amazing my other packages make it. Just not from these fools.

The hours of this location are very inconvenient. I would like it if Saturday hours were longer and maybe open a little later during the week people who work cannot utilize this location without taking time off. Staff is always very friendly and helpful though.

I have been sick a few days. Today there was a note saying hope you feel better today, in with my mail from our delivery lady. These are the kind of things that make your day. Raeford N.C. someone please find this lady and give her a big hug for being a outstanding person. Jeff Coggins.

Raefor nc post office sucks not sure if it’s the mail lady that brings packages or the big brown truck but whichever it is ate the most ignorant people I have ever seen. They claim not to be able to find the house the da dang Sri way is right by the mailbox but they can find that. Puleaseeee they just lazy as heck

I went in to the post office and spoke to a young man with glasses 12/22 around 9 am (I didn't catch his name) about a package that I had concerns about. He was super nice and professional and went out of his way to help me get the issue resolved. He also let me know that some packages that I was receiving from an online retailer had been arriving with my name spelled wrong and suggested that I have that changed. Great experience as usual with Raeford Post Office!

Third package this month that has been scanned delivered and was never actually delivered. I submitted a form in person to have all my mail put on hold at the facility but yet they still are attempting to delivery my packages.
