Like others users mentioned, takes forever to get a response. Very hard to impossible to get through to someone who can help. Takes months to cancel, even after they confirm that the service has been cancelled. Extremely unprofessional.

I pay for Direct TV in my cable package. I am constantly getting a service message that says my bill hasn't been paid but really it's because Allbridge hasn't paid it on my behalf. It is extremely frustrating.

They say that they will provide customized solutions to suit my properly needs. They didn't deliver what they committed. Also, their customer service and dedication towards customers are quite bad Intolerable!
