The worst AT&T branch I have ever been to. They sell USED phone ON PURPOSE. Don't care they claimed that "we don't sell used phones". The shop assistant, Valentina, Yes, I remember your name, opened new boxes of iphones everyday. She definitely know a phone is not new if the SEAL of the box is gone. However, she said nothing and pretend it's a new phone and give it to me! Don’t go here to make your life easier. When I return the USED phone which they sold as a brand new to me, they charged for stocking fee. This means if you’re lucky, you need to keep paying stocking fees until you get a brand new! Definitely a place you never want to visit again. And they said I should talk to Apple. LOL. Apple didn’t sell a used phone to me, why should I talk to Apple? People are rude and unreasonable here. Please go to 11721 Retail Dr Ste 113, Wake Forest, NC 27587 instead. They are way better than these nasty bad guys.

I recently visited the AT&T store for a trade-in, and my experience started off frustrating but ended on a positive note thanks to Lenue.
Initially, Joe assisted us, but it was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. He told us we couldn’t get the phone due to a fraud issue, which turned out to be completely incorrect. On top of that, he claimed the phone color and storage we wanted were unavailable and out of stock, forcing us to choose a different option. Because things weren’t adding up, we asked for a second opinion.
That’s when we went to Lenue, and he helped us with no issues at all. Not only was there no fraud issue—Joe was simply misinformed—but Lenue was also able to get us the exact phone we originally wanted, in the correct color and storage, which Joe had said was out of stock.
Lenue handled our trade-in and purchase quickly, provided great customer service, and made the process smooth and easy. Thank you, Lenue, for your professionalism and efficiency! AT&T needs more representatives like him.

I was here at 10 am I was the first person in line because I wanted to go ahead and pay my phone bill and the lady that was helping me goes to answer the phone while attending me and does not tell me anything she turns around while I am talking to her and just leaves and stays on the phone about 10 minutes and comes back and does not apologize. I went to complain to the manager and he just said ok she’s new and did nothing else and did not help us find someone to help me pay the bill he just went on his day. It took them so long to help me even though I was the first person in the store. It was horrible!

When to the office to ask o bout cancellation, and they told me that that have to be done by phone,call 8/26 to cancel they offer me a great deal, which i accept now the bill is way higher, every time you call, you get people that doesn’t even speak English, try Spanish and is the same, I need actual help, but when you ask for a supervisor they don’t like that, or if you ask for someone that is in the USA is the same they only transfer and no body respond.

They took a long time to solve it
The solution was inefficient
They gave me false information
They gave me a phone without warning that I would have to buy it, without my consent
They add insurance to my monthly account without my consent

Caution: my mother visited this store and the store staff misrepresented whether her damaged cell phone would qualify for her phone insurance. Then a new phone was "sold" to her without her signing anything or receiving a receipt. We filed a complaint to AT&T national over her treatment here.

I went in having issues I spoke with the manager he told me to call customer services because they can make sure I keep my promo and he can’t. I stood in the store for a hour before the phone got disconnected with no call back. I spoke with the manger again (Sean) and told him I got disconnected and I told him I wanted to leave a review his response was “ don’t leave a review for this store do it for the store you opened it because they messed up” I left and called the customers services number again and they told me the easiest way to solve my problem was by going into a store. Mind you I spent 2 hours on the issue and it is still not resolved.

NEVER get a phone here. I’m being charged 178$ because I cancelled my phone since the service sucked everywhere I went. When I gave them the phone back they said I don’t have to pay anything, well now I do. And good luck getting ahold of customer service none of the 4 numbers I found/were given to me will direct you to customer service. The poor customer service and lack of knowledge this company has is mind blowing. When I call the store the employees always seem to have better things to do and I can’t finish a sentence with out them cutting me off and saying they don’t know, can’t help etc etc. extremely unhelpful and they give out wrong information because they have no idea what they’re doing.I will never go back to AT&T and advise everyone to do the same.

I waited 1 hour and they never called me when I asked them they told me they called me twice which is a lie why I was in a chair waiting for bad service!!!

Horrible! Raquel and the Manager tried to pull one over on me! I went in to use my upgrade and told Raquel I did not want the added protection plan. I get home and notice my ATT account has a new order NOT ONLY with the protection plan I said I did not want, but ALSO ANOTHER ADD on!! I didn't ask for either! Went back to the store an hour later and the store manager and associate said the system was down and can not cancel it! I called ATT directly to cancel.

"Recently had an excellent experience at AT&T with Lou as our associate. We were promptly assisted, smoothly purchased two phones and watches, and transferred services hassle-free. Appreciated Lou's respect for social distancing, especially being immunosuppressed. Overall, a fantastic service - highly recommend!"

Rude employee named jon. Couldnt help me with picking up a package because ‘he didnt have code overrides and his manager isnt here.’ How are yall running a store with no manager, or employees who dont even have their manager’s number?
Edit- got helped by the manager. He was nice. Still dont like jon.
