We came in to switch my service from another carrier to be put on my husband's plan with AT&T. We received a very friendly greeting as soon as we walked in the door and were asked how we could be helped. We didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before Raquel was helping us make the changes. I hope this type of service continues. Thank you very much.

Very excellent service from the moment we entered the store we were going to ask for information to see if I qualified to change my phones and we ended up with phones 15 Apple tablet Apple wash another phone 14 Apple and even with TV service thank you very much excellent service from Francisco very good excellent seller staff congratulations

I ordered a phone online for pick up in the early afternoon. Online said it would be ready within 2 hours. After 4 hours I called and the lady told me they're processing it now and it will be ready in 10 minutes. I headed over after I got off the phone with the employee. Took me 20 minutes to get there. After waiting another 35 minutes in store to be helped they told me that they don’t have the phone for me anymore and that they just sold it to someone else who just walked out. Honestly super aggravating— I get it’s the holidays and can be crazy but there’s no reason someone should have gotten my order that I placed and had paid for already. Poor communication.

I had the pleasure of getting help from Eboni whom is very nice and helpful and Jasmine who was really awesome. She took her time explaining things, looked for the best deals, and is very knowledgeable about her job (these phones) and how they worked. She made you feel like you knew her personally. Very pleasant young lady. Both young ladies made me feel very comfortable with my choice of phone.

Francisco helped me after my SIM card got messed up and then a fraud alert was put on my phone accidentally by an employee at another AT&T location. He was very professional and prompt and got the problem fixed fast. Thanks so much, Francisco!

I would like to start off by saying thank you to the awesome sales rep Xitlalli who did an amazing job with helping me, yesterday was my first time ever joining AT&T and she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping me. I was able to walk away with my new iPhone 14 pro max (gold edition). She took the time to not only ask questions but answer any and all questions I had for her. It was a great experience and I’m very lucky and happy I choose that location(5100 capital Blvd, unit 100, Raleigh, NC) she deserves a raise for the outstanding work she does and I’m giving her a 5/5, 5star rating!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One star is too high for this store. I am absolutley blown away with how horrible this experience was. I came to refund a phone I had purchased yesterday. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at a nearby agent store who could not process the refund and referred me to this corporate store. The transfer to the new phone did not work and I was uncomfortable continuing with a brand new $1,000 phone with issue right out of the gate. I wanted a refund and to order a new phone. They charged a $55 restrocking fee, which is fine. But when I got there, the sales associate had an combative attitude from the jump. She started by lecturing me on how I should have called Apple support and made a claim on the warranty. Despite having owned this new phone for less than 24 hours and experiencing massive issues. She continued to lecture me on this until I said very clearly I am not interested in hearing more about about a policy I was not made aware of prior to purchasing this phone or calling apply to fix these immediate issues and that I just want a refund. She rolled her eyes and walked away before I even finished my sentence. And sent her manager - Ash - to assist. From the moment Ash sat down, she also had an attitude, if I asked any questions she jumped down my throat. The prior store had messed up transfering cell service back to my old phone. Messages, called etc were not working. Without any explanation, she pulled out what I now know is a SIM card. I asked what it was and she aggressively says "Do you want me to fix it?!?! This is how we fix it," to which I responded "I don't understand the other store never touched my original SIM card so why is this necessary" and she continued in that same tone and manner even when I said "I merely asked a question." It is impossible to do this experience justice in a Google review. You can see I do not leave reviews often - rarely at all. But hopefully I can spare someone the experience I just had. I'm 100% positive their treatment of me was because I was white. I called AT&T's main customer line because I wanted to speak to someone in a supervisory position about this experience but they had no regional contact information to provide. I have truly never experienced anything like this. It was appauling, unacceptable, and unprofessional - the customers around me were visibly uncomfortablel and would agree with what they witnessed that this was a one-sided exchanged with hostile employees directed my way. Not that I think anyone in that store will care in the slightest. My entire family have been loyal AT&T customers for years. We will be switching services for all services immediately. And if anyone reading this stays with AT&T do yourself a massive favor and at minimum do not go through this store. Literally anywhere else would be an improvement.

Francisco was GREAT! I came in with a shattered phone and he explained all of my options to me very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. He informed me on any promotions and deals I was or could have been eligible for. He was patient and not pushy at all. I left with a new phone as well as a new watch thanks to him ! My experience at this location was great and I had to acknowledge it. Thank you again Francisco!

I had a great experience with Lou! He really helped me through it all❤️..I needed a new phone and it took a while. But he was very patient and helped me after the store closed. Him and his colleague stayed back until I Got my problem resolved.
