This was the best mobile device appointment we've ever had. Damion was incredibly helpful changing our service from another carrier to AT&T, getting our new phones set up, and explaining everything we needed to do. Efficient, thorough, and overall very helpful!

Got to store at 2:15 and there was a sign on door that the store was closed until 3:15 for lunch. I had driven to pick up my sister who is disabled, got her walker out of the car and then saw the sign. Lots of wasted time.

Great customer service and I had no wait time. I came stressed with my phone not working and the rep. Arlon was so helpful had me out in less than 15 minutes.

Ugh! I went there a month ago to upgrade my phone and the guy working there was pretty clueless. While he coughed the whole time….. he kept trying to grab the more expensive case after my husband and I picked out the one I wanted and kept pushing for a bunch of add ons after I said we were done and had to get back to work. Then after assuring me that my old phone wouldn’t be turned off right then and there and I could do it when I got home later, I found out the hard way it was off even though I had about 4 hours until I would be home! Then because we used my husbands card for a one time only charge for accessories he somehow managed to boot my already stored card for Apple Pay out where it was a complete headache to get rid of it and restore my card back to the default card! I suggest far more training!

Rudest rep I've ever spoken to. Dude asked if I had hearing issues when I asked for clarification. I then called the actual AT&T store on Capital instead of this franchised store. He then explained why it wasn't possible instead of insulting me. Terrible service.
