What a pleasant experience! I just KNEW it was going to be awful, going in on a Friday at 6:30 PM to get a new phone. But Ashwin at the AT&T on Falls of the Neuse Rd was so very helpful, pleasant and more importantly, patient and not pushy. I was in and out in under an hour. AMAZING!!!
