I want to thank the manager of the BR at Crabtree Valley Mall. She went out of her way to assist me with an online return. I truly appreciated her help. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I recommend visiting this store if you want excellent customer service.

I went to Banana Republic on Black Friday and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Steve helped me at the dressing room by finding things in alternate sizes and was so patient and sweet. I so appreciated his help. 15/10 great quality materials and great customer service
