After just one visit, they remembered me and my mom and have helped me get gifts for her ever since. “Julie was so helpful. I had no idea what bra or size I needed. She spent over an hour helping me find the perfect bra. I love the fit of the bra we found and I was really impressed with her customer service. It reminded me of how shopping used to be. There were all styles and sizes to try, she came in the fitting room and helped me decide which style worked best. They didn’t have one of the bras I needed in my size on hand so she even helped me have it shipped right to my house. Overall, this was a fantastic experience.”

“We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!”

“Sparkle! Sparkle! Sparkle! Shopping at Versona is always a treat. The store is setup to lure you in all directions. Prices are decent for the fun shiney accessories. Lots of space so you are not feeling crowded by other shoppers. Especially on a Saturday morning / afternoon. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly. Gave recommendations how to preserve my jewelry. Even though I only spent $50 at the store, she went above and beyond as if I spent $500. Wonderful job team!!”
