I visited this store to get a suit. Though, I did not end up buying one (did so from their online store), I was impressed by the warm gesture and assistance provided by Steve. He is excellent and Banana Republic is fortunate to have him in their Crabtree Mall store.

I want to thank the manager of the BR at Crabtree Valley Mall. She went out of her way to assist me with an online return. I truly appreciated her help. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I recommend visiting this store if you want excellent customer service.
