The wait time for basic service is unreasonable. You need to make an appointment for nearly everything and the available appointment slots are limited. They seem to be reasonable staffed but apparently no one is available for the service you need when you need it. It doesn't quite feel like a banking "relationship".

Teller acted as though I knew nothing and refused to hear anything I had to say. Tried to make a simple deposit with a check that would need a mortgage endorsement as I have so many times previously. First she tried to explain my card was deposit only which I knew and explained the only reason I was inside was because one of the checks was torn in the mail so I knew the ATM would have a problem. Then she tried to explain that they can’t accept a check needing a third party mortgage endorsement although the ATM and other branches accept these checks ALL THE TIME. Topping on the cake was when she said “I’ve been here 23 years” as though that meant she knew everything. Clearly even a 23 year employee can be wrong because even when she called the other branch to tell them I was coming and that they couldn’t accept the checks the other branch confirmed they can accept the checks.

BOA in my humble opinion has gone down hill. I've been a customer for 35 years and they all seem too busy doing who knows what to help someone when you get to the business. It seems the COVID protocols of having to make appointments and making it difficult for customers to get this done still prevails.

Man.. it’s so frustrating banking with this bank man. especially this location. They never have enough employees and you gotta wait 45 mins for a notary… that’s wild man. If anyone has better bank recommendations in the area please let me know !

This branch would not cash a check made out to me by their client because I do not bank with them.Then the cashier asked where I got the check. I asked them to call their client to verify the check. Nope.Speak to a manager? NopeI asked what my options were then? “Start banking with us”.No thanks…..

Needed to get a legal document notarized for our 14 y/o child. Teller refused, stating that notarizing a minor's signature was illegal.This was second try, our lawyer said to offer to let them talk to her, and request the branch manager. Branch Manager refused to talk to us, and continued to sit on her butt in plain view.Oh, and I forgot, we're platinum account holders, at least until I can get my investments transferred to another financial institution.Took the paper to the DMV, (READ: THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF) and they notarized his minor signature lickedy split, no problem.

Just FYI you cannot open an account by just walking in, have to have an appointment. Wells Fargo was happy to open an account just across the street.

I have been a Bank of America customer for several years, but when I moved to a city without a branch I opened a business checking account with a local bank. I soon switched back to BoA because their mobile features were unmatched by the local bank. Mena Elgendy from the Raleigh branch has even been kind enough to drive to my city and help with my accounts. Unparalleled customer service!

I accidentally dropped one check I was depositing. The teller found the check later, found my number, and called to say she could deposit for me. The extra effort was greatly appreciated.

Had been to this branch for many years ,Always had pleasant experiences.but this time not, I went to deposit the money ,the lady behind the counter asked me for the , I handled the to her,she doubt my was fake , keeping check my by using some counterfeit pen.that is very rude. Who give u the right to check my government issued .it makes me very unhappy .
