Went in at 10:30ish to set up a business checking account and only waited for about 2 minutes. I was helped by the branch lady, Keisha, and she was AMAZING! I got all my questions answered and everything else set up. Highly recommend her!

Un- cooperative almost rude. I was going to open a checking account and savings and definitely will not be doing that.

This branch (Brier Creek) had no bankers on site during business hours so you couldn’t do any branch business that a teller can’t handle… had to wait in line to get to a teller so she could tell me that. Teller said a banker would be arriving in five minutes so I waited, but no banker showed and the teller put off the arrival time. Ended up having to go to another branch.

The operational incompetence is astounding! The bank creates an issue and their solution causes another. Time for a new bank.

Regarding Truist Online Banking (truist overall)I am so incredibly frustrated with the online banking and the phone line customer service. Its all trash, 100% trash. By the end of next week I will no longer have any funds passing through Truist. We are done with Truist.

UPDATE: I have to change my review from 2 stars to 1 star.Just wanted to activate the "Bill Pay Enrollment" function. When I click on "Open new account", absolutely nothing happens. Then I wanted to check out the "Redeem Rewards" function and the only page I get forwarded to says "We encountered a server error."So, in conclusion: I cannot pay my credit card bills conveniently online, but have to pay them in the Truist office. But I also cannot withdraw money at the Truist ATM, since their ATM doesn't work properly (see previous review below). So, each month I will have to go to Wells Fargo, withdraw money, go to Truist and deposit the money manually. Feels like back in the last century with additional obstacles...At this point, I do not trust that anything from this bank works properly. I will continue using them for now, since I don't have time opening up a new account with another bank. But that is just ridiculous.PREVIOUS REVIEW:Unfortunately the ATM doesn't work anymore. I've setup an account with Truist and since I am from Germany, I had to withdraw money from my German credit cards to pay it into the truist account. The ATM withdrawal always worked in the past. For some reason it was limited to 500USD per card per day, but it worked. Now, as soon as I enter my cards and enter the requested PIN, the ATM says that the process was cancelled. Without any hint on what is going on. So I now have to drive to Wells Fargo, pay 5USD in fees for withdrawals, come back to Truist and then deposit the money. For me, this means that I have to spend more money and time for the whole process which makes everything more inconvenient. The teller told me, that they recently changed their ATM service partner and that they since had multiple issues. Not sure, why they changed it, but maybe it would be good to change it back to how it was.In any case, I read the other reviews which complaied about the staff. So far, I had a good experience with the staff. All of them were friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism, kindness, and patience from Keisha Kearns during my recent opening of a new account. She was a jewel.

I have been with BB&T since 1991 and have always been treated fairly. Since the Truist takeover they have changed! I deposited a $15K cashiers check from First Citizens, my savings account bank and linked to Truist. Now Truist is requiring me to wait seven day to access my own money. It's not like I deposited a personal or counter check, this was a First Citizens certified check, which I always thought was the same as cash! I agree with other posters, I may have to switch banks!
