“Tapped Out Cycles is awesome! You can tell that they actually really care about riders and their bikes. Jeb was incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and patient while explaining the issues I was having with my bike, which was a huge relief for me as a relatively new rider! I'll definitely be back whenever I need more work done!”
“As someone who comes to this place with ridiculous and difficult questions REGULARLY, the guys and gals at oak city give me all their patience and insight and never make me feel stupid. They will help you build a bike you love.”
“Loved the shop and the service we received. Very informative but not high pressure at all. Would highly recommend visiting this shop if you are in the market for a bike or just need bike service.”
“Steve and the staff at The Bicycle Chain inspected my lady’s bike that hadn’t been ridden in years. They gave me good advice on the bike AND local greenway trails. They did this all for no charge and when I tried buying some gells and chamois butter he comped them too. This is a quality bike shop with real cycling lovers. Five stars!”

“I went in not knowing exactly what I needed for a bike. The sales guy was great, gave me recommendations and let me test ride multiple bikes. He also gave me suggestions of things I need to get started.”
