“Prime Time did a great job on my 3 cars recently. One of them is my 20 year old truck that sits outside, it needed some serious polishing inside and out, they got it back to looking and feeling like a new truck again! the other cars turned out amazing as well but the truck really is phenomenal, just wish i had taken a before photo for comparisons!”
“Have had a membership here for a little over a month and really like the quality and speed of the car wash. The vacuums are decently good and the sprays for cleaning are pretty OK as well. What I don’t like about this place is that the provided towels are ALWAYS WET. I don’t understand. Do they not have a dryer? Do they not have enough and have to cut the dry cycle short? Do they think people want wet cloths? Please provide dry microfiber towels to your customers! Also much of my glossy interior is smeared I think because of their wet cloths. They need a better laundering service.”

“Jake and Lee were great to work with and showed up on time. We used them on our Cadillac Escalade for their Complete 2 stage service. They ran out of time because of how much had to be cleaned (lots of dog hair) and buffing the outside. They came back to finish the top of the Escalade and we also had them do the same service to the Audi A8. We definitely will utilize their services again and recommend.”

“Love these guys. They’ve always done a great job changing oil (and all the other junk that goes along with it) and yearly inspections. But what I’ve loved the most is the honesty and tips they’ve given me.
One tech told me that if I just needed a straight oil change that the dealership would be cheaper since they’re buying the kind I need in bulk, but their filters are less expensive so a total change would be approximately the same. I checked the next time I went to the dealership for service, and lo and behold the tech was right. I greatly appreciated that.
And recently a tech told me about a kiosk at a specific Harris teeter where you could immediately print off your new registration after an inspection for a little extra money. I never would have known otherwise.
So yeah, I like these guys and will continue to go when my car needs basic service.”

“I wanted to write a review for my experience today at the car wash. Today being April 5, 2024, I was going to purchase gas and then also purchase a car wash but when I went to the pump my car would not turn back on when I was leaving the pump, so I went to the actual car wash and saw one of the attendants there. The first one I came across was Nyeem D. I asked him did he have any way of charging my battery to my vehicle and he said, "yes ma'am I sure do I'll be right over." He was very sweet, very polite and he stayed with me until my battery was charged. He didn't have to do that and I appreciated it, he went above and beyond with the customer service he was also very nice and making sure that the car was ready to drive off. I wanted to thank him publicly to know that you are being serviced by young men and women there, but especially my experience there today was great. Thank you so much and I appreciate it. “I have been going to Giao’s shop for over 10 years now. He is by far the best and most honest mechanic I have ever worked for. This was evident from my first experience with him 10 years ago. I had ac issues with my charger and took it to the dealership. They charged me several hundred dollars and never fixed the problem. I was connected with Giao and he took his time inspecting my car and found a hose with a hole in it. He replaced the very inexpensive hose and my ac worked perfect after that. I recommend him to all my friends and family”
“I love the business model of this car wash. I love that they provide damp towels to wipe my car down, and vacuum for a long as i need it. The car wash itself did a good job, but I was scared by knocks I heard while my car was going through it. The first time was because my auto hold was on. The guy at the entrance should have mention to check for that. Towards the end, I heard it again, I dont know what that was, but it made me nervous. More instruction would be good about what to expect. However, the towels and unlimited vacuum made up for it since I didn't notice any damage to my car. I live 40 minutes away from this car wash, but I will be coming here again.”

“Been going to my man for YEARS (literally 13+ years). Always takes care of me, my 70yr old dad when he drove, and anyone I’ve ever recommended to go there.I had paint correction and ceramic coat done on my vehicle and each time I come out of there, it looks like the day I had ceramic coat done. I say that to say the soaps they use aren’t harsh, and their towels don’t aren’t dirt to where it leaves scratches on the paint. I hadn't used my car for ~6 months, and it had grown some mold inside. He thoroughly shampooed the seats, carpets, and dash -- no more mold!
