I ordered online. My items was ready within 20 mins. The gentleman that helped my was great. It was a windshield wiper. I was a little disappointed that no one offered to help me get it replaced. I hate to say...but Auto Zone staff does.

I recently tried out this Advanced Auto. This group went above and beyond to help me get the parts that I needed to do my water pump and radiator job on my explorer. Even when the website suggested the wrong Parts they searched all over Raleigh to find the correct parts so I can get my car back on the road. Thank you Kristen(?).
