My experience with Kia was pretty bad. She was just plain mean and didn't seem interested in helping me find a solution. I left there feeling like nothing could be done, so I literally ran away from that place. Then I went to another location, and they helped me right away and found the solution. It was a really awful experience with Kia, but the other location turned things around!!

I feel like half the time I go to use the ATM, it’s out of service. How hard is it to maintain an ATM?

I simply came to start a trust account and was told to bring the original document. Brought the original and was told I needed something else. Will not be opening with them anymore being I feel I'm being discriminated against and have been given the run around. On top of this I was told I couldn't be seen because I came in at 12pm and they close at 1pm. Would not recommend this location.

Had great service at this location. The ladies were all very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on a cashiers check and they were able to fix it right away for me.

It's hard to imagine worse service. The amazing part is that they appear to know they are terrible and don't really care.I called to ask about completing a particular transaction, and what I would need to bring with me. They told me I needed an appointment, and gave me two options. I asked who they were with, and hearing the name of a person I'd worked with previously, and I asked for her. I had to supply ALL KINDS of information to make the appointment. This person also confirmed I didn't need to bring anything with me.When I arrived, a woman asked who I was and said they didn't have an appointment for me. I told them who it was with and what it was for, and she eventually found the appointment. She then said that I would have to wait because the person I had the appointment with was busy!Ten minutes later, they said yet another person could handle this transaction for me. She called me in, and said "So you're here for x and y . . ." I said "No, I'm here for Z." She said she didn't know how to do that and started clicking away on the computer to figure out how. After five minutes of typing and reading, she said "I'm going to ask R*." R* was the person I was supposed to be meeting with, who was now busy! After her talk with R*, she returned and recommenced typing. After five more minutes she said "Do you have your form ABC?" I said, "No, I was told I didn't need to bring anything with me."Every experience I've had at this branch has been pretty much the same. I don't normally post reviews, and always assume someone was having an off day, but the pattern here is pretty consistent. Maybe if enough of us post something, someone somewhere will care enough to try to fix it.

Absolutely horrible service. Took my insurance check into the bank which is written on a Nationwide insurance account. The first time I go into the branch in Durham, NC off Hwy 55 and was told I needed two forms of identification. I go to this branch days later with my 2 forms of identification and was told the check had been cashed already. LIES, this check has not been cashed and the insurance company says this check is perfectly fine. Called customer service and the representative suggested getting a new check. That’s d*** this check is perfectly fine. I am not interested in depositing a check and opening an account with them. I don’t mind paying the $10 fee but the level of service with Chase is absolute trash. Had to escalate the complaint and ask several times for a reference number. So I went back into the Raleigh Briercreek branch the next day 8/26/22 spoke with the branch manager Kia and she told me the most extraordinary lie. The longer I talked to her the more she lied. Told me that just because the insurance check is drawn on their bank does not mean the can cash the check. Well I take the check into another branch in Durham, NC and in less than 7 minutes the check was cashed and we were on our way. This branch manager is a straight liar and horrible for no reason. Bank elsewhere

I went in to change my pin on my debit card and deposit a check. Logan helped me change my pin and Kia helped me deposit my check and they were both quite friendly and helpful so it was a pleasant experience. When that was done, I said I had questions about the different credit cards and asked if there was someone I could talk to. I was introduced to Rachel Fish, and this is why I am giving my experience a 1.Rachel Fish was extremely rude from the moment I said hello. I am a Latino man, and I immediately sensed racial discrimination. She looked me up and down and asked what I wanted and I said I was interested in applying for a credit card and asked if she would break them down for me. She pulled up the screen and left it there, not explaining or detailing them at all and glared at me while I read. She asked me if I was done reading yet and did not in any way explain any details of the card. Anytime I asked her a question she would respond with “Well what do you think?” I was floored. Every response was circular and I had come in for details about the cards, not to have the screen pulled up so I can read it myself. I had prepared questions concerning cash back, credit limits, and differences between the cards and she did not answer a single question. She got frustrated I hadn’t already left and got up from her seat and left me alone in the office. About 5 minutes passed and I got up and asked to speak to a manager and she walked out and took me into a different office, listened to my experience, and finally provided me answers to the questions I had asked all along. It was shocking because the other associates were so friendly and professional and everything about my interaction with Rachel Fish, from the moment I walked into her cubicle, was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.

!!!!!!! Always make a reservation !!!!!!We were only seen today because of a cancellation. My partner and I were in there for a total of 30 mins to open a Joint Savings account. Rachel helped us and did great! She helped us learn and explore options for our money as well. All we needed was our chase debit card and our DRIVERS LICENSE.(I saw a review that said the license was not enough, but for us it was perfectly accepted as our form of ID. )Thanks for all your help Rachel!!

Chase is always a perfect bank for me. Employees are really good. They get my job done very quickly always.

Was told my DRIVER'S LICENSE was not adequate enough to use as a primary form of identification when wanting to add a signer on my account. Where in all of banking is a government issued photo ID not a form of primary identification? It's sad because I loved banking with Chase but have since closed my account because that was simply unacceptable.

Bank Manager David Itwaru, Relationship Banker Rachel Fish and Adam have been helpful and went above and beyond to set up my accounts. From being greeted by David to completing my paperwork with Rachel, this team is professional, thorough and customer focused. I highly recommend this location if you want to work with your banker. Kudos

I'd give zero if I could because that's the total of time and effort they (the 3 employees) gave me when I asked to open a commercial account there. They did say they're "booked" about a dozen times while they stood there drinking their liquid refreshment, holding forms and....BTW, weren't with ANY customers at all. What a weird way to treat a potential customer for a bank that JUST OPENED UP THERE.

Convenient location. Just wish the representative I spoke to was a little more friendly. I believe her name was Rachel. She managed not to show any bit of smile in the entire duration when I was in her office. A little more professional training would help.

I needed to stop at this location on Sunday, Sept. 12 to withdraw funds. The exterior ATM was down AND the ATM INSIDE!!! Not happy at all!!! I could not access funds within my account the whole day. I was not driving miles to another ATM when I have one so close.

Was so happy Chase moved to North Carolina, and was happy to move money over from Bank America. It’s is not a full service bank. They have no safe deposits boxes there or plan to have any. Not a full service bank. I will now end my Chase Private Client status.
