They were thorough, attentive, and made the entire process seamless. Shirley's craftsmanship was outstanding—everything fit perfectly and reflected true expertise. I look forward to my next visit.”
“Best Gap location in the triangle! I normally shop at Southpoint and will exclusively shop at this location because of how kind and attentive they are here. I work in retail and unfortunately retailers do not a lot enough payroll to support all the workload. I came in on 7/12 at 4:40pm and was met with a lovely woman (clearly the manager) who was helping multiple people but still noticed me in line and expedited my return process by directing me to the gap kids side. At the register was, Makila (spelling?), who was so kind and promptly made my return. I cannot express enough how nice these 2 workers were considering how understaffed they were. You could tell they care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond and maintain a good attitude while multitasking.”

“Shutterbugs has the absolute cutest kids clothes and they always have the best holiday pajamas and holiday occasion outfits. The customer service I received recently was above and beyond and if you are ever looking for heirloom portrait clothing they have beautiful pieces even for boys. I will always return to shutterbugs for the beautiful clothes and the friendly and very helpful shop owners and staff.”
“I came into the store 30 minutes before closing looking for a dress for my rehearsal dinner. Carter (I am 99% sure that was her name) came up and immediately started helping me. She pulled every white dress in my size for me to try on, and I did find the perfect one. Her customer service, as well as the other two women working, was amazing! At other stores, you would never get this level of service so close to closing time, but the team here was great!”
“This store has an excellent, knowledgeable staff. When I walked in every staff member was helping a customer, however, they acknowledged me and said they'd be with me as soon as possible. Adam was the best. He understood what my brother needed. Measured his feet and recommended some shoes based on the design/purpose my brother wanted. Found the perfect shoe !! I called the store and the sweetest sales associate answered the phone and she found me 3 pair in size xs and sm she was so patient, kind and knowledgeable about the attire I described over the phone. “My review is mainly for old navy in general. I love their clothing - high quality and during sales/super cash you can get some GREAT deals for you and the fam. Lots of online reviews for you to read through. Huge selection of items for all genders and age groups. They have sunglasses and jewelry in store which they don’t have online. I came to the store to do returns twice and the staff was friendly but not too friendly - just got the job done professionally. Didn’t see any rude behavior when I was there. Store looked clean and organized, but I didn’t have time to look around. Highlyyyy recommend old navy!”
