Bill Pay system is a complete disaster. Service level has dropped. Considering pulling my wealth management account if it weren't such a pain to make a switch

Poor customer service. We have been customers for over 20 years. We paid off our first house and wanted a loan for a second house, but they insisted we make a new account but were unwilling to return calls or actually create the account we tried to set up online. Better to go somewhere that actually wants customers.

This bank is incompetent beyond belief. I closed my account and now 10 days and still waiting for the check. Mistake after mistake after mistake. They will go out of business very soon. Inept management
