It seems to depend entirely WHO is working at this location when you visit!Sometimes you get the pharmacist who is extremely professional, helpful, and deserving of a five-star review. But, unfortunately, most of the time you get someone who is very irresponsible, immature, unprofessional, and does not understand the responsibility that they hold in getting people the life-saving medications that they need! It is almost as though they are holding your medications hostage when the service is so bad that it prevents you from being able to pick up your meds! Very often the drive-thru window is closed and the line inside is 10-persons deep such that it takes over 90 minutes to get your prescription which it's not always possible!

by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. not entirely their fault, but the staffing is absolutely horrendous and prescriptions are very rarely available when they are supposed to be. Drive thru is closed a lot of the time, also due to staffing from what I can guess, but I definitely do not recommend coming here. Also, a lot of the grocery items are expired and the store is often kind of a mess and unorganized. Also 9 times out of 10 there is at least one homeless person approaching me asking for money.

I have called CVS corporate about this store. It's absolutely horrible. The pharmacy is WAY understaffed. They have closed the drive-thru for the pharmacy! permanently! When you have a sick child or when you have covid as a single parent, you do not want to have to go into the store and WAIT IN LINE to get meds or buy a covid test. The parking lot is hideous. it's a scary place. MORE LIGHTING in the parking lot please!!! CVS has neglected this store and is it a coincidence that it's in a lower income area than say North Hills, Crossroads, etc? hmm. It's a disgrace. Though this store is on my way home I'm looking to change my base pharmacy. I don't want to deal with this place anymore. AND I'm sharing with my employer (who CURRENTLY uses CVS exclusively) the absolute neglect from CVS corporate at this location.

CVS is a disgrace. This store in particular is terrible. I've been doing in-store pick up for weeks now and the same person always rings me up. Now, he's demanding he needs to see my Driver's License and refuses to give me my order. No where does it state I need to show my identity to pick up an online order. Also, I was picking up an order for my mother on my mother's account so the ID wasn't helpful as my name wasn't on the order.

My family and I have been going to this store for decades. Never before has it been the absolute mess that it is now. Blows my mind, I've worked customer service my whole life and it's frankly pathetic how poorly this place is run. The Pharmacy is the worst offender, at no other have I experienced such unprofessional and disorganized behavior. Been this way for over a yr now. Constantly taking forever to get meds, misplacing them, giving wrong info, letting ppl sit in the drive-thru, being short and rude, clearly not knowing what they're doing, the list goes on. Just a bit ago I was in the drive-thru which said it was open and sat there for over 10 min before this guy finally comes up after pressing the call button a third time, and still doesn't even speak, just quickly puts up a "Drive-Thru Closed" sign. I come inside and the line is 7ppl long, I'm still waiting in it 20min later as I write this. Not even close to the first time it's happened. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store in it's entirety.Edit: I just want to clarify that the ladies at the register do not seem to be the problem, esp whoever showed up and clocked in right before I got to the counter she's a hidden gem. Seems like the pharmacists are the problem, like almost every time i see the guy who was there tonight there's a problem and extra slow service. They *are* understaffed as well which makes everything worse, prob the root of the issues

With how understaffed they seem to be, it's no wonder CVS workers are considering a nationwide strike. They consistently filled my scripts on time until about two weeks ago. They have been out of one of my medications for ~2 weeks, and I had to jump through hoops to go get it filled at Walmart instead. Their app STILL hasn't updated my script status to show that the doctor has revoked it from CVS.Treat your workers better. I hear they're overstressed and underpaid. They're super kind on the phone and in person. They deserve so much more.

I usually never had an issue with the pharmacy here. Today I called about my prescription that seemed to be on hold for many hours . The pharmacist I spoke with said that she refused to fill it until my insurance would cover it (would not let me pay out of pocket). She had a Jamaican accent and was very rude. I said that I had paid out of pocket for it before and she HUNG UP ON ME. There's nothing worse than abuse of power. Treat people like dirt because you can get away with it. I hope it comes back to bite her. She was so ugly to me I wanted to cry.

Completely disgusted at the lack of professionalism and respect by the pharmacy team specifically Sean and Makeena. As long as individuals who think it’s okay to speak disrespectfully to customers work in that building I will never give them by business again. Utterly disgusting. I’m a pretty levelheaded individual and rarely leave reviews but THEY DESERVE TO BE FIRED! Especially the pharmacist. As a leader your job is to diffuse a situation and bring a resolution to play. Not yell and argue with a disgruntled customer who’s being disrespected by YOUR technician. No wonder she’s disrespectful if this is the type of behavior allowed. He was more concerned with my tone of voice than my annoyance with being disrespected and told inaccurate information. I will NEVER give them a dime of my money.

They are so rude! And all over the place. Do NOT go with them. I have called twice in the past two days in order to get a transfer with my prescription. They said they would do it. I followed up the next day and they hadn't done it. So I was patient and allowed them time. But they both hung up on me without finishing the conversation and getting mad at me for calling cvs caremark to get it transferred. Ugh. They are such a big headache. I cannot wait to switch insurance plans so I do NOT have to be with them again. Go with Walgreens. NOT CVS. They are all over the place, tell me one thing - I can do 90 day refill and then next time someone else answers and says I can't do 90 day and only 30 day refill. They are so back and forth and it costs me time on my prescription.

I usually don’t like giving 2 stars but this store is a mess. No one at the register when another customer needed help. The items I brought was price wrong and the manager would not override the price. The young lady went to check the price and said someone place the item in the wrong spot. She also told the manager and he just looked like he was confused. I’ve work in retail so I know how this work. I left and didn’t make a fuss . Stay away from this store.

This pharmacy has been a burden! So many of the pharmacists here are extremely rude. My personal experience with a few of these pharmacists has led me to believe that they are biased against people that are black. I will come and update with specifics of their names later. I want to be accurate when I speak on these specific individuals. Regina is one of the nicest pharmacists that I have encountered. She has your meds ready in a timely manner and she does not speak to patients in a condescending manner. The ladies that check you out have displayed a very strong sense of character. There are two in particular that are extremely pleasant. One is Taren and I will update the second layer. No individual deserves to be treated in a manner which is unacceptable and demeaning! Do better!
