The facility features exceptional security with code-entry doors, electronic gate access, and a manager living on site. It provides great location and access, with bright lights, a clean restroom, and a large, accessible elevator. Units are clean and climate controlled, with wide drive aisles, a covered loading bay, and parking. The staff is helpful, nice, accommodating, professional, and informative. While the initial price is great, rates are raised too often. The facility is ADA compliant with multiple gates and accepts deliveries.
Renting a storage unit was a first-time experience for us, and Nicole at the Self Storage Plus location on Millbrook Road was very helpful. We just moved in the things we’re storing to open up space for a grandchild who’s awaiting grad school, and the process has gone well so far.

I must say that I used an outside space to park my 2500 Sprinter, never locked the doors nothing ever came up missing. Every month I was late (paid the $15 late fee 🤦🏻) and not once was there a judgment, a mention of notice…Very good people, good space, great place. Highly recommend.
