“It’s not one of those brand new fancy, indoor storage facilities, but it’s only 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and perfectly acceptable for storage of my three bedroom house. I put Some items in a small climate controlled unit and rented a 10 x 30 unit. Joel, the on-site property manager was very helpful, friendly and responsive. It’s like good old, southern hospitality meets a storage unit. He was on site and helped us within minutes when we couldn’t get into our storage unit (our fault!). Prices are very reasonable. It would be nice in my 10 x 30 unit if I had a lightbulb, but I wore a headlamp when I had to dig through my boxes (Since my movers put a few items there they were supposed to go to our apartment). I also have not seen many spiders or insects, so that’s nice.
I paid for six months so my prices are fixed. I will revise my post if I see an increase at that time. In the meantime, I would highly recommend this facility.”

“So relieved our move is over and we had a very good experience with Crabtree Family Moving & Storage! From the moment I called and spoke with Austin, I felt like he listened to my anxiety of using a moving company due to a prior move that was absolutely horrible. He assured me he would be sure everything was taken care of and they would provide a great service. On moving day, Jordan and his crew (DT, Pablo and Marco) showed up and assured me they would take great care of our belongings. They put blankets and coverings in place to protect our home and I didn't notice one spot on any walls they hit moving furniture down the tight stair case. They were efficient and cautious and even worked on when it started to rain! They met us the next day at our new home and, again, were efficient unloading and placing items where we directed. I would absolutely recommend Crabtree Family Moving.”
